Bacon Wrapped Enoki

This is a very simple recipe! Basically you are just wrapping enoki mushrooms in bacon and baking in the oven. Noob cooking cannot get simpler and more gratifying than this :)

    • Hi joan, I’ve yet to cook this in the air fryer. but it is definitely 100% workable in the AF. You can try 180 degree Celsius, about 8-10 minutes. If you do try it out in the AF, let me know how it goes, and your settings :)

  2. Great! Oven-roasting sounds right in my alley. I usually associate this appetizer/side with pan-frying, that is why I nvr really want to make it.

  4. I tried this last night and it is truly a very simple dish. My dad loves it very much. I really like the crunchiness of the enoki mushroom, it pairs off really well with the lightly salted bacon. 2 thumbs up for sharing this recipe!
