French Toast BLT
This is my easy BLT (Bacon-Lettuce-Tomato) sandwiches served on French toast (pan-fried bread dipped in egg mixture) instead of plain bread for a more savoury touch. I made them mini on a whim, as I feel like having them in bite-sized portions that day. This is a fun and easy brunch I enjoy making once in a while on a relaxing weekend.

Your mini french toast is so cute! I also like things miniature. And I agree, they seems to taste better in bite size! lol
Mini sandwiches are easier to eat. Love your version.

I just want to say this reminded me of the days I would make BLTs on very thin bread. (It was kinda small too.) I would toast them on the stove and make this tiny 3 layer sandwich.
Good things come in small packages eh? ;)
hi,the french toast in your pic indeed look nice.however,i tried frying the bread with oil,and it turned out wet with oil.it doesn’t look nice and crispy as it is in the picture.is there any advice you can give to help me?thx.
Hi abe, sorry to hear that yours didn’t turn out too well. Is your pan hot enough when you place the bread on it? Maybe you can try with a clean pan, melt a bit of butter making sure they are evenly distributed in the pan, and pan fry the bread on medium high heat. Hope this helps :)
