Roasted Brussels Sprout in Balsamic Vinegar

Ever since I started roasting vegetables, I have been really into this method of cooking – just toss bite-sized pieces of the food with olive oil, then season with the salt, pepper and herbs. Yes due to the vinegar & also the browning in the oven. But definitely not chao ta/ burnt hehe

You and me the same lah! I have been into lazy and healthy way to feed myself too. But for me, it is steaming. Actually steaming or roasting food can yield quite delicious dishes too. :)
