Creamy Avocado Spinach Smoothie

Creamy Avocado Spinach Smoothie
For best results, consume this smoothie immediately as it will gradually oxidize (turn brownish) after some time.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado pitted & skinned
- 50 grams spinach leaves (frozen or fresh)
- 30 grams sliced cucumber
- 1 small ripe or overripe banana
- 1 tsp chia seeds optional
- 1 tsp flax seeds optional
- 300 ml pure coconut water
- maple syrup to taste; only if needed
You also need:
- a high-powered smoothie blender such as the Nutribullet or Ninja (if using frozen foods and chia/flax seeds)
Directions:
Pulse all the ingredients in the blender until smooth. Serve immediately.

Green is one of my favourite colours :-) This is so creamy and healthy!
I think the banana and coconut will do it for me as sweetener as well :) ..and good tip for using frozen spinach.
