Ginger Grater

The ginger grater is a small kitchen tool which I can’t live without in the kitchen. It is great for making grated ginger juice. In Singapore, you can buy it from Daiso or Isetan Scotts (where I bought mine from). Don’t get the plastic ones as they are weak for grating and the juices tend to stain the plastic permanently. It is inexpensive (about S$2-S$2.50).

I got mine from Isetan Scotts in Singapore for $2.50 a long time back. Occasionally I see it at Daiso for $2.
