Angel Hair (Pasta)

Angel hair or Capellini is a type of Italian pasta characterized by rod-shaped (just like spaghetti) and long thin strands. Because they are so thin, they cook very fast – usually in just two minutes, making it a handy ingredient to keep in the pantry. They have been likened to the Asian’s rice vermicelli.
