Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Banana Strawberry Smoothie
For best results, use ripe banana so that the drink will be sweet. If the drink is not sweet enough, you can add another banana, or honey/maple syrup (to taste).
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe or over-ripe banana peeled and quartered
- 150g strawberries hulled; if using frozen, thaw slightly before use
- 100ml plain yoghurt may substitute with 75ml milk
- 50ml fresh milk
Garnish (optional)
- few slices banana
- few slices strawberries
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into serving glass and garnish with banana and strawberry slices.

thanks for sharing this recipe. Now I know it is so simple to make. My girl loves strawberry smoothies and we usually have it at the cafe/ restaurant and it costs us RM20 per glass. And not all restauant serves good smoothies. Now I can make for her.
I hope your girl likes the taste of this smoothie as compared to the ones outside. Yes, most things are much cheaper if we make it at home :)
