Pineapple Soju

Pineapple Soju Recipe
Check out the step-by-step photos on the previous page if you would like to serve the soju in a cute pineapple mug.
If your soju and pineapple juice are not chilled, add ice cubes to the pitcher before mixing the drink.
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle (330 ml) Korean unflavoured soju (소주/燒酒) chilled
- 2 cans (240 ml) chilled pure pineapple juice fresh or store-bought
- 1-2 Thai lime slices to garnish
You also need:
- glass pitcher or DIY pineapple mug
- soju short glasses
Directions:
If you’re using canned pineapple juice, shake the can well before using. In a serving glass pitcher or pineapple mug, pour equal parts chilled soju and pineapple juice (or any higher/lower soju concentration as desired). Garnish with a slice of lime.

Sounds really refreshing and great!
I really want to try soju but hv not. Each time I am at the supermarket that sells them I am just confused of the many types (and brands) of soju they hv and if there is no English label – I really do not know which one to buy :O
So good that you are able to unwind and give yourself some relaxing “me” time end of the workweek.
I only get plain (unflavoured) soju so they tastes largely the same to me, like vodka. The plain ones to me are good for making cocktails (mix with fruit juice, soda, Yakult etc) … you can try :)
Thanks, dear. I will try. At least you gave me some clues what kind of soju to look for. :P
