The most elaborate cooking that I did was cooking was Stuffed Bean Curd.
Mine will be a quick, simple and healthy cheese omelette! Just sprinkle diced tomato, ham, chopped spinach, some milk and cheese! Pop into the microwave and voila! A healthy meal done!
That will be Chocolate Brownie. The kids love it… :)
Egg pudding… my son loves it. :D
Mine would be just normal salmon..I’m too much of a noob cook to make anything else :P

Most elaborated dish to be done in a microwave would be a bowl of tomyum noodles with enoki mushrooms, topped up with scallops, bacon and a dash of wakame. Hehe my mom is a weird cook! :)

The most elaborate cooking using microwave for me is normally dark soya sauce chicken. I was hoping to bake but I need coaching as I do not know how to do so. Thank you for hosting the giveaway.

My most elaborate meal in a microwave oven is bread and butter pudding. I prepared the mixture – buttered bread slices and poured milk+sugar+eggs over it. Sprinkle on raisins, then microwaved on high for 5 mins. It’s very fast! Then i turned on the grill element and toasted it a bit to make it brown
