My most elaborate meal in a microwave is baked rice, though the cheese wont melt as nice as in oven but I only have microwave in house. Haha.. It’s easy, quick, simple and healthy meal for my whole family. The most important is everyone enjoy the food together :)

the most elaborate dish I’ve prepared in a microwave has to be roast honey chicken wing.Just a simple step , marinate the chicken, then put it inside the oven.Just about cooked then coated with thin layer of honey.Delicous & easy!!
