The most elaborate cooking that I did was cooking was Teriyaki Chicken Don.
my most elaborate dish cooked in the microwave would be “fried” rice.
My most elaborate dish I’ve prepared in a microwave will be a lasagna for my 2 year old boy who loves cheese!

my most elaborate dish prepared in a microwave is Teriyaki Salmon.
The most elaborate dish I’d ever prepared using a microwave oven will be Chicken & Broccoli baked rice, the cheese did melt though no browning effect. But that was a few years ago as we currently don’t have a microwave oven in our new house. Nowadays only use the microwave in our pantry office for reheating.
