I don’t own a microwave oven but can I submit on behalf of my dad? His most elaborate dish cooked in a microwave oven is roast chicken with spices :)
Wiffy, congrats and looking forward for more recipes posting from you :). My most elaborate dish is roasted chicken, yum yum.
For a lazy wife who do not like using the wok, my most elaborate dish have to be cod fish in oyster sauce. I normally just cook it with the “Steam Fish” function and the trusty microwave never fail to cook it to perfection. Always turn out moist and juicy. :)
My most elaborate dish have to be ROAST CHICKEN WITH PROSCIUTTO,
ZUCCHINI RATATOUILLE AND POTATOES SARDALAISES.
CHICKEN IN OYSTER SAUCE
I will say the most elaborate food I did in a microwave oven is to bake a banana cake. But that is many years ago and I don’t have a microwave oven now.

I would say the most complex dish that i made using the microwave oven was to make molten chocolate cake. yummy!
Woah, I really wish my wife can Cook. Hope she can learn how to bake a cake for us on our birthday! She doesn’t allows me to spend money to buy her an oven as she feels there’s no need and no time for her using it so I really wish I can win this oven for her then she won’t have any excuses and get her hands on!! Our dear children is sick n tired of packed food everyday!

I think the most elaborate dish that I’ve made using the microwave oven is Milo Chocolate Cake in a microwave cup. Only need 5 minutes and it’s fantastically yummy!
My most elaborate dish is Rainbow Cake.. Takes about 10mins to do it!
