My most glamorous meal is always overnight food which I just reheat..so,it could be juz plain rice to chilli crab or juz reheating my coffee…Cos I do not know how to cook with the microwave & therefore I am really looking forward to your receipes!
Chinese Style Roast Chicken will be my take, coz that was the 1st time I used the oven to roast a whole chicken, and most importantly, it turned out yummy !!!!

Fantastic giveaway- for cooking chicken rice
Oh gosh, my most elaborate dish…hmm…I have done up 3 dishes plus a soup with rice with microwave oven. I always like salmon, which is not easy to control, especially if you want it medium-rare cooked.
However, my favorite fish has to be Pan-fried Cod with lot of fried shredded ginger on top for garnish.
Your blog is growing from strength to strength, Wiffy! Congrats! My most elaborate dish is muah chee. The rest of the time, I just use the microwave to warm things up. :P
My most elaborate dish cooked in a microwave is Fried Hokkien Dark Noodles with Seafood! :) The whole family loves it and polished it off within minutes!
