Mango Salsa Pasta
This mango salsa pasta is a refreshing pasta salad punched with the tropical sweetness of mango. It is easy and fun to make. It can be served chilled during summer. When the weather is hot, this is one recipe where you don’t have to spend too much time in the kitchen.

This is where I start from. With spiral pasta and mango as the main ingredients, I added chopped shallots, tomatoes, Italian parsley (or coriander), chilli padi, lime and salt & pepper.
Simply toss everything together and it’s done. How can something so simple be so delicious?!

Love this pasta salad – sounds so light and easy. And it’s got a citrus factor to it that makes me go weak.

I cheat, too – all the time. Who could bear wasting even one inch of a perfect mango? This is such a pretty dish, and that’s a great opening shot!

Thanks for playing Presto Pasta Nights. This dish skips spring and jumps right into summer! Thanks, I need a dose of that.
